The ABL is a simple way to separate fiber from air. Fiber is fed from the
source through a fan into the inlet of the unit. It is then directed into a
large screen and the air is drawn out of the unit through the outlet valve
by a separate fan. Fiber then drops out of the bottom of the unit.
