BLOW-THRU Y-VALVE W/ TRANSITION

A typical application for the Blow-Thru Y-Valve is to feed multiple Air Boxes

ADVANTAGES

  • Only one fan is needed to move fiber

  • less moving parts

DISADVANTAGES

  • Fiber flow must be interrupted to switch direction

PULL-THRU Y-VALVE

ADVANTAGES

  • Fiber flow does not need to be interrupted to switch direction

DISADVANTAGES

  • Two fans are needed to move fiber

  • More moving parts
